Shipping policy

 

All shipping times depend on the current Canada Post Mail and Parcel Delivery Time Standards (usually between 1-7 business days).

Canada Shipping & Delivery

We ship to anywhere in Canada via Canada Post. If you are in the Greater Toronto Area, we have pick-up/delivery in Scarborough. All orders are fulfilled (ready for pick up or shipped out) within 4 business days. 

• Orders over $45 CAD are✨free✨
  
• All tracked shipping (including xpresspost) is calculated at checkout.  

 

United States of America (USA) Shipping

Delivery is by Canada Post and fulfilled by USPS once it reaches the border. 

• Orders over $90 USD are shipped to the United States for free.
• All other purchases are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

If you are outside of Canada or the United States and would like to place an order, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. 

Customs or Import charges MAY be required upon delivery. Please note that Sende is NOT responsible for covering these costs.  Shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note delays may occur in sending out your order due to higher shipping prices, troubles with the address provided or any issues with the items ordered. We will be in contact if this occurs to your order.
